Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
Prepare the following seasonings:
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Pour the egg whites over hot white rice and mix well.
Add all the prepared seasonings and mix thoroughly.
Add the bonito flakes and mix thoroughly.
Top with chopped green onions, and place the egg yolk in the center. It’s ready to enjoy!
