Prepare the following seasonings:
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
Chicken bouillon powder: 1 teaspoon
Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients together to make the sauce.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cornstarch over 200g of thinly sliced pork, and lightly massage it into the meat.
Roughly chop 200g of cabbage.
Stir-fry the pork over medium heat until it is lightly browned.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry briefly to coat the pork evenly.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage is cooked and slightly wilted. Once done, it's ready to serve!
