Cut 3 to 4 sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasonings and mix them all together to make the sauce:
Soy sauce: 2 teaspoons
Mirin: 2 teaspoons
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Heat over medium heat until the sausages are browned on all sides.
Add all the prepared sauce, toss to coat the sausages, and stir-fry briefly.
Place the sausages on top of the rice, and sprinkle with black pepper if desired. For an extra touch, add an egg yolk on top, and it's ready to enjoy!
