Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Chicken bouillon powder: 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce: 1 teaspoon
Prepare the cornstarch slurry:
Water: 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch: 2 teaspoons
Add a suitable amount of sesame oil to a frying pan and heat it.
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until they are lightly browned.
Add the sauce and cornstarch slurry to the pan, then continue to stir-fry until the mixture thickens. It's ready to enjoy! You can serve it over rice or enjoy it as a snack with drinks!
