Cut one cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Cut 2 to 3 fish cakes (chikuwa) into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasonings:
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 teaspoons
Mix the cucumber, fish cakes, and all the seasonings together, and it's done. Sprinkle roasted white sesame seeds on top if you like.
