Slice 1 long green onion diagonally.
Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over 200g of thinly sliced pork, and massage it into the meat.
Prepare and mix the following seasonings:
- Ponzu: 1 tablespoon
- Mirin: 1 tablespoon
- Cooking sake: 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
Heat sesame oil and add the sliced pork. Cook until it is lightly browned and partially cooked.
Once the pork is lightly browned, add the sliced green onions.
Continue cooking until everything is cooked through.
Add the prepared seasonings and toss everything to coat. *Optionally, sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
