Line a large microwave-safe dish with plastic wrap.
Beat 3 raw eggs and pour them onto the plastic wrap in the dish.
Place 200g of washed bean sprouts on top of the eggs.
Place 50 to 60g of pork belly on top of the bean sprouts.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap, making sure it extends over the top.
Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Remove the top layer of plastic wrap.
Grab the edges of the plastic wrap and fold it in half. Finally, drizzle with sauce, mayonnaise, and sprinkle with aonori (seaweed flakes) to finish!
